Declaration on Launching of Korea Recovery Coalition

     The Korean War is not over yet. The Republic of Korea [ROK hereinafter] is still in war. In this war the enemies of the ROK are the militaries of North Korea [NK hereinafter], of People’s Republic of China [PRC hereinafter], and of Russia. Moon Jae-in, the current ROK president, stole the presidency through the 3/10/2017 wrongful impeachment-firing of then president, Park Geun-hye, and the comprehensive rigged presidential election process of 5/9/2017, has collaborated with the aforementioned enemies of ROK and dismantled the defense posture of ROK by willfully disregarding the on-going war status while the hundreds of thousands of ROK soldiers and sailors are confronting the militaries of NK, PRC and Russia along the front lines: 1) Moon removed the Guard Posts [GP] within the demilitarized zone [DMZ]; 2) Moon eliminated the anti-infiltration barriers in the Han River estuary and along the Eastern and Western coastal shores; 3) Moon ordered cessation of all surveillance activities and bombing exercises near the DMZ; 4) Moon eliminated twelve frontline Army divisions and reduced the military manpower by some 120,000; 5) Moon reduced the mandatory military service periods by three months from 21 months; 6) Moon destroyed the integrity of Korea Air Defense Identification Zone [KADIZ] and Joint Operation Security Area [JOSA] by allowing the military aircraft of PRC and Russia to monitor the ROK-US combined operational activities; 7) Moon damaged the ROK-US alliance by co-declaring with Xi Jinping the so-called “Korea-China Common Destiny Declaration” in December 2017; and 8) Moon initiated the nationwide anti-Japan campaign in July 2019, thus damaging the ROK-US-Japan cooperative structure against the NK nuclear issue.

     As such, Moon Jae-in made himself a serious enemy to ROK as deserving of a death penalty, according to the ROK Penal Code Article 93, through collaboration with the enemies of the ROK against the interests of his country. We have watched Moon’s enemy-abating and enemy-serving acts as described above and have come to define him as an agent of NK and PRC. What would be the ultimate strategic objective of the NK-PRC agent Moon who has already dismantled the defense posture of the ROK? It can only be the communization of the ROK. He is currently taking steps to appoint Cho Guk and Yoon Suk-ryul, the two well-known NK agents, as the Minister of Justice and the Attorney General, respectfully. Let us now examine a foreseeable timetable of South Korea’s communization.

     The answer to this exercise can be found in the rigged presidential election of 5/9/2017. The fact that this election was a comprehensively rigged election is well known not only to the right-wing conservative groups in South Korea but to most all patriotic Korean residents in the U.S. The following describes details of how the election was rigged systematically: 1) Manipulation of the public opinion through online forums such as by so-called ‘Drew King’; 2) Manipulation of the public opinion poll survey results by Real Meter and Korea Gallup; 3) Outright switching of absentee ballot boxes, overseas Korean ballot boxes and early voters ballot boxes; 4) Manipulation of the KBS-MBC-SBS joint exit poll results, which is unheard of anywhere in the world; 5) Use of dual ballot forms to facilitate ballot switching; 6) Majority of the election monitoring personnel was filled by NK-friendly persons through online selection process; 7) The NK-friendly election monitoring group performed and managed the rigged ballot box opening process; and 8) The computerized ballot count results were artificially rigged to match the three TV channels’ joint exit poll results. These systematic and comprehensive, nationwide defrauding of the presidential election process was plotted and implemented under the top-level leadership of Kim Yong-duk and Kim Dae-nyun, the president and the secretary general, respectively, of the National Election Commission.

    As such, Moon Jae-in stole the presidency of the ROK through a systematic election fraud in the broad daylight. Most conservative patriotic people of South Korea are now expecting that Moon will 1) have over 250 NK-friendly national assembly representatives elected in the coming 4/15/2020 general election; 2) have the NK-friendly National Assembly amend the ROK constitution to one for the North and South federated Korea; and 3) place this constitutional amendment to a referendem and have it approved through another comprehensive ballot fraud program. When such a plot becomes successful, 4) the NK flag will fly all over South Korea; 5) Korea is expected to be unified as a People’s Republic of Korea, a communist nation; and finally, 6) the US military will be asked to leave ROK and the ROK-US alliance will be dismantled. This scenario entails the strategic objective and time table of Korean unification jointly agreed by Xi Jin-ping, Kim Jong-un and Moon Jae-in.

     If, however, President Trump were to launch a series of military actions against NK prior to the 4/15 general election so as to resolve the NK nuclear issue, NK is expected and is ready to launch offensive actions against the South including; 1) NK military will invade the South through the current loose defense lines; 2) NK forces will rapidly penetrate into the ROK rear areas via the already-completed network of underground infiltration tunnels and take over key ROK-US military units; 3) Over 200,000 NK special force soldiers, currently working under hidden identities in South Korea, will rapidly mobilize to take over the political and military command posts and take as hostages the 200,000 US military and civilian population in ROK. They will then engage in a peace negotiation with the U.S. by packaging what they have done as a democratization process and, together with Moon, declare the formation of a federated, unified Korean nation. Toward an effective and timely prevention of such a calamitous outcome in Korea, I strongly recommend to President Trump to forcibly demand Moon Jae-in to implement the following programs for national crisis; 1) a nation-wide road-block inspections be performed indefinitely; 2) nation-wide armed patrols are performed indefinitely; 3) effective measures against the NK underground tunnel network be ordered and implemented; 4) and authorize the military and the police to shoot to kill anyone who fails to respond or resist the national check-point inspections and armed surveillance actions. In case Moon Jae-in fails to take these national crisis actions, Moon should be removed from the presidency quickly upon declaring him as the common enemy of the 52 million South Korean people, the 7.4 million Korean expatriates and the ROK-US alliance.

     I had publicly voiced my views of “Execute the generals who cover up the threat of NK infiltration tunnels!” and “Execute the NK agent Park Ji-won!” As a result, I became a convicted criminal in Korea in two libel cases, currently on probation. In addition, upon publicly shouting in demonstration, “Fire and execute Moon Jae-in, the greatest NK agent!” in front of the Blue House, the U.S. Embassy in Seoul and the White House, I received a summons from the ROK prosecution office. I predict that, unless the people of South Korea bring down Moon Jae-in from the presidency by August 15, the 71st anniversary of the Korean liberation, the next celebration of Korea’s liberation may never come.

Honorable patriotic colleagues both in Korea and abroad!

It is my judgment that the Trump Administration of the U.S. is looking for an alternate patriotic group, which can replace the current Moon Jae-in regime under the current dire situation as I have described above. An alternate political group for Korea must be a patriotic group, which is devoted to bringing down Moon Jae-in and eradicating the NK-subservient force in South Korea so as to restore the democracy of the ROK as well as the ROK-US alliance. It is my strong belief that now is the time for the patriots with true courage and wisdom to join their hearts and will together form a great unified alliance of all conservative forces for Korea’s freedom and democracy and actively work together with the Trump Administration in detail to prevent the ROK from falling into total communist control. We pledge that Korea Recovery Coalition [KRC] will fulfill the role of faithful servanthood in America in its mission and roles that are so very critical in a critical time such as now. The politico-military tenets of the KRC for urgent salvage of the ROK are as follows:

1. KRC will ally with other patriotic groups, both in Korea and abroad, and form the Special Commission for Korea Recovery [SCKR], strive to restore President Park Keun-hye to the presidency of ROK, declare martial law within ROK and arrest the current ruling regime, the fraudulent impeachment action group and the election defraud groups.

2. SCKR shall establish, with President Park Keun-hye as the supreme leader, a rightful executive administration, a legislative congress and an emergency judicial body; declare a national mobilization order to enhance the defense posture against NK threats; and remove the NK-serving agent forces that have penetrated into all echelons of the ROK society.

3. KRC shall identify capable talented persons of free democratic convictions both in Korea and abroad and recommend them for positions in the executive, legislative and judicial bodies of the ROK government as well as in the overseas Korean organizations.

4. Members of KRC shall possess the following tenets and values, which cannot be shared by NK-serving agents.
a. The Gwangju Uprising of 1980 was a special operation by NK forces for overthrowing the ROK government.
b. Establishing measures against the NK infiltration tunnels, which have been dug through a maze of underground networks throughout the ROK territory, is a rightful duty and responsibility of the ROK military and the people.
c. The National Election Commission and the computerized ballot counting system are currently mere tools of the NK-serving agent group for defrauding free, democratic elections.

2. KRC shall restore the ROK-US alliance, the ROK-US-Japan cooperative structure and the Combined Forces Command/ United Nations Command [CFC/UNC] cooperative structure, which have been severely damaged by Moon Jae-in, so as to pursue resolution of the NK nuclear issue.

3. Toward resolution of the NK nuclear issue, unification of the two Koreas and to recover the ancient Korean territory, not only the current 630,000 ROK military, 3.5 million reserve forces but all people of Korea of ages from 16 to 70 shall take part in the holy obligation and duty for national defense and ancient territory restoration. We encourage and welcome all patriots who agree with the above politico-military tenets to take part in the KRC activities.
